Senior Fitness
Silver Sneakers Circuit
Silver Sneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and cardiovascular ability in an interval style of training. Participants will use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball. A Silver Sneakers chair will also be used for seated exercises and standing support. This class will take place in the Big Gym on the second floor, which has elevator access making this the perfect class for all fitness and ability levels.
Mondays at 10am with Kristen & Wednesdays at 10am with Chong or Becky.
Senior Strength & Stretch
Senior Strength & Stretch is based on moves for strength and stretching. A chair will be available for seated exercises or standing support. This class will take place in the Big Gym on the second floor, which has elevator access making this the perfect class for all fitness and ability levels.
Fridays at 10am with Chong.
Senior TRX
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This low impact, all-standing class will focus on strength, balance, and core.
Located in the Big Gym on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8am with Chong and Fridays at 8am with Becky. Tuesdays at 9am with Kristen.
Walk & Talk
One hour access for adults to use our dumbbells, resistance bands and balls while walking, warming-up & socializing in the Big Gym or Walking Track.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9-10am.
Arthritis Aquatics
Slower-paced exercises that will run you through all of your joints and muscle groups. This is necessary for those with aches and pains of arthritis and other joint pains! This is not a therapy session nor do we claim to make anyone medically better. This class will be held in our heated small pool.
Tuesday and Thursday 4:45pm-5:45pm with Marla.
