Cardio Drumming-  Cardio Drumming is a full-body workout using drumsticks, buckets, and a yoga ball. Fun, choreographed routines set to a variety of music make this class perfect for anyone of any skill or experience level. All routines can be modified. The Big Gym @ 6:00 PM on Tuesdays with LAURA.

Cardio Combat Kick- Get ready to punch, kick, and sweat your way to a stronger, more confident you! This high-energy class blends jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and powerful kicks into dynamic combinations while incorporating short bursts of cardio to keep your heart pumping and maximize your workout. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is designed for all levels—no experience needed!

Chair Stretch- This class will focus on moves for strength, balance, and stretching. A chair will be available for seated exercises or standing support. Big Gym @ 10 AM on Fridays with CHONG.

Core Work- Your core is so important to your overall health. A strong core helps with balance and stability. This core workout is meant to strengthen your core, hips, butt, and lower back. Group Exercise Room @ 9 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with CHONG. 

Cycling- This class provides the perfect combination of simple, athletic exercises with an environment that enables participants to achieve a total cardio workout at their own level. Class size is limited. Group Exercise Room @ 5:30 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays with JANA/COREY.

Cycle SPRINT- This is a 25-minute fast ride! It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from kicking it up a gear and pushing through to challenge yourself! Class size is limited. Group Exercise Room @ 5:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays with HEATHER.

Fierce-  Strength training meets high-intensity circuit training. Pushing your mental and physical strengths to the max, this workout is designed to make you dig deep until the very last rep. All workouts can be modified to fit every fitness level. Group Exercise Room @5:15 PM on Mondays with TERAH.

Fitness for Everyone- This class has a full range and variety of exercises for everyone! Whether you're just starting or have been working out for a while, this class can be whatever you need it to be! Exercises can either be done in the standing position, holding on to the back of a chair for balance, or sitting in a chair. We will focus on total body workouts, including aerobics, strength training, HIIT, balance, & stretching. Group Exercise Room @ 10 AM on Tuesdays with CHONG and Thursdays with HEATHER. 

HIIT/Power HIIT-High-Intensity-Interval-Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Power HIIT is a short version of HIIT. Group Exercise Room, HIIT @ 4:30 on Mondays and 5:15 PM on Wednesdays with CATE. 

MOVE- This class will be taking traditional step aerobics to a new level. Set to old and new school hip/hop/R&B we will use our step platform to perform steps on and off of the platform while incorporating a few easy dance moves. You can do this workout full out and modified while sitting in a chair. MOVE is sure to provide a good calorie burn! Group Exercise Room @ 8 AM on Saturdays with TERAH. 

Power Sculpt- this class is a high-rep, low-weight combination that is designed to target the entire body. Power Sculpt will help you get toned and lean. Group Exercise Room @9 AM on Saturdays with HEATHER.

Relax & Recover- Stretching exercises focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and muscle relaxation using elements of yoga, Pilates, and other movement practices. Enjoy the benefits of reduced muscle stiffness, injury prevention, improved posture, and deeper breathing. This class is a great complement to more intense workout routines. Group Exercise Room @ 6:15 PM on Wednesdays with various instructors.

Silver Sneakers Circuit- Silver Sneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and cardiovascular ability in an interval style of training. Participants will use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball. A Silver Sneakers chair will also be used for seated exercises and standing support. Big Gym @ 10 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays with KRISTEN. 

Senior TRX- TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This class will be low impact with a focus on strength, balance, and core. Big Gym @ 9 AM on Tuesdays with KRISTEN and Thursdays with TERAH. Big Gym @ 8 AM on Mondays with Chong and Wednesdays with Heather. You must pre-register for this class. You may register online or at our front desk. 

Stretch Class- Allow yourself to relax and unwind through movement designed to improve focus and stability. Connect to your breath, reduce stress, and sleep better. You are welcome to bring your own exercise mat or borrow one of ours. Group Exercise Room on Fridays @ 10 AM with CHRISTINE.

TRX-is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. TRX Studio @ 5:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays with HEATHER. You must pre-register for this class. You may register online or at our front desk or online.
