Fusion Dance Toning

Join the dance party! This is a unique floor dance class. Music with dance steps that create an exciting, dynamic, fun class. You will feel the music and the movements without knowing you’re working out. Class includes dance and toning.

Time:  Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm
Fee: Y Member $24.00  Non-member $50.00

H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) 

Form of exercise alternating short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery period. H.I.I.T. will combine strength and cardio in an ever changing variety. Studies show H.I.I.T. improves athletic capacity, conditioning and increases metabolism.

Time:  Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 -10:00 am

ABS Plus

This is always a popular class that is specifically for those bumps, bulges, and love handles we all hate. We’ll run you through a series of exercises that target those areas in a 30 minute time frame.
Time: Monday & Wednesday 10:00 – 10:30am

Burn-N-Shape 

This class involves strengthening of the core muscles and use of weights for upper body toning, with added focus on glutes, abs and thighs.
Time: Monday & Wednesday 9:00 – 9:45 am

Cardio Xtreme 

Get ready for a heart pumping, fat scorching, and extreme cardio experience. Cardio Xtreme is a NEW High Intensity Interval Training class for everyone. The class will focus on AMRAP 20:10 work ratio. The class will primarily focus on cardio, athletic and plyometric movements that are geared for performance and weight loss. Some resistance and flexibility principals may also be utilized. Instructed by a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, the class is for anyone looking to KICK IT UP a notch in their training!

Senior Fitness 

This class will focus on every ability level. Exercise can either be done in the standing position, holding on the back of a chair for balance, or sitting in a chair.  The class will be a total body workout that will include aerobics, strength training, balance & stretching.

Time:  Monday & Wednesday 10:30am – 11:15am

Tai Chi

This is a low impact workout for people of all ages, weight and fitness level. It tones legs, hips and core muscles while improving coordination. Relax your muscles and your mind with Tai Chi, a healthy mix of meditation and graceful movements. Tai can decrease stress, boost mood and ease symptoms of many health conditions.
Time: Tuesday 3:30 – 4:30pm
Fee: Y members free – Y members only

Yoga 

This classical yoga systematically works the entire body, stretching muscles, building foundational strength, detoxing internal organs, stimulating the gladular systems, and challenging the cardiovascular system. This is a 45 minute class it is appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike.
Time: Monday 7:15 – 8:00pm (beginners to medium)

Indoor Cycling

Class size is limited.  This class provides the perfect combination of simple, athletic exercise with an environment that enables participants to achieve a total body workout at their own level.
