Adult Aquatics Classes
Water Fitness: This is a great cardio workout! Resistance equipment adds to the fun and fellowship. Classes are held in the big pool. Monday with Jackie from 9:00-9:45 AM Tuesday- Friday with Janet 9:00-10:00 AM
Water in Motion-This is a mixture of water aerobics and dance. Join us for a motivating workout that will give you new challenges and moves! Small Pool @6 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays with LIZ.
Deep Water Jog- Exercises in a flotation belt in the deeper water. This is a great form of exercise using the water's natural resistance. Small Pool @6 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays with TIM.
Arthritis Aquatics- Slow-paced exercises are sanctioned by the Arthritis Foundation and YMCA of the USA. This class is taught in our small pool with warmer water. A must for those with aches and pains of Arthritis and other joint pains. This is not a therapy session nor do we claim to make anyone medically better. Small Pool on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @1:00 PM with ANGIE and Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4:45 PM with MARLA.
Active Older Adults (AOA) - Water exercise for active seniors of our community! This class is held in our small pool and you do not need to know how to swim to participate. It is a guaranteed good time! Small Pool @1 PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays. This is a self-led class.
