Ultimate Combo
This is a class for those who aren't afraid to sweat. Thos class will include aerobics, strengthening, and extra abdominal/leg work.

Cardio Combo
This class focuses more on kickboxing and weights plus some abs work and floor exercises. It's a fun workout and you'll feel great!

Ditch the workout. Join the party! Unique Latin inspired music with dance staps that create an exciting dynamic workout. Non-verbal cuing allows the participants to feel the musicand movement rather than worrying about the instructors next command. Try it! You'll become addicted.

Pilates
Workout like the stars with Pilates! This gives you a low-impact yet highly intense muscle workout that leaves you refreshed, alert with a feeling of mental and physical well being. Pilates is ideal for everyone, young and old, whether you are very fit or out of shape.

Class size is limited. This class provides the perfect combination of simple, athletic exercise with an environment that enables participants to achieve a total body workout at their own level.
