Registration Fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to accommodate your requested schedule.  Club Discovery deposit fee is one week's tuition to be applied to the last week of attendance. 

Sibling Discount:          

15% discount for additional children in family

Vacation Credits:          

Each child is granted one week vacation credit for the school year, and one week for summer participants.  Vacation credits are given for complete weeks only.  Weekly billings are the same regardless of attendance.  No vacation credit is available to preschool only participants.  To request vacation time please complete a vacation request form one week in advance.

Extended Illness:

If a child is absent a week or more due to illness a credit of 50% of regular tuition charge will be granted.

Late Pick Up Fee:

A fee of $5.00/child for each 15 minutes a child is picked up late.  CLOSING TIME is 5:45pm.  In the event a child has not been picked up by closing time and prior arrangements have not been made, an attempt will be made to contact other pick up persons on the list.

Payments:

You may place checks in the metal box that sits on top of the mailboxes.  Please take cash payments to the courtesy counter.  Receipts and statements will be placed in your child’s mailbox.  Preschool monthly tuition is payable by the first of the month.  If the monthly fee is not paid by the 15^th of the month, your child may be eliminated from the program.  Child care fees are payable by the week.  If you will be paying on something other than a weekly schedule, you must pay in advance.  If your account falls more than two weeks behind and you have not contacted the child care office, you will be asked to make other arrangements for your child.  All Club Discovery fees are payable in advance.

Scholarships:

Scholarship funds are available.  If you have need of scholarship assistance, please schedule an appointment with the Child Care Director.

Withdrawal from Program

A two-week written notice is required for withdrawal from the program.  Children who are not in attendance and have not notified us for two weeks will be considered dropped and must reapply for admission and pay other registration fee.  When a change in schedule is made, no guarantee can be made to return to your original schedule.

• Fee includes a youth membership for those full time, year round participants.  No discounts of any kind for the infant/toddler program.
