Our adult aquatics exercise programs offer the ability to work out without the high impact in our warm pool water. Our classes are taught by certified instructors. Choose from a wide level of skill levels to meet your needs including our Arthritis Aquatics – a must for anyone with aches and pains of arthritis and other joint pains; our WaterWorks cardio water workout with music and water resistance equipment to make a fun workout, or choose the Deep Water Jog class as you use flotation belt in the deeper water to get a more thorough workout using the waters natural resistance.
